An EPC is a document that will inform you how fuel efficient a property is (the closest comparison would be the miles per gallon specification on a car). It will also recommend different ways to reduce energy use and C0² emissions.
When I need an EPC
An EPC is required by law when a building is constructed, sold or put up for rent.
